“ Food and cocktails were delicious - not cheap but not out of line with similar area restaurants. The theme was so much fun, especially if you're a bookworm like I am. Menu and cocktails are literary themed and the check was presented in a book you could sign. I'll definitely go back! ”
“ Great date night! Loved the quaint atmosphere! We had the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer, and they were delicious! Roast prime rib queen cut was huge. Melted like butter and the flavor was impeccable. No room for dessert! The bill came in an actual book that you can sign which was such a fun idea. Highly recommend. ”
“ What an interesting, unique place to escape for the night! It's a big city restaurant in Fuquay, and I think they have done an amazing job at creating the atmosphere, food, ambience, everything... Down to the book that holds the check. The food was outstanding, and the service was great. My husband and I went for our 20th anniversary. I wasn't aware that it is recommended to get a reservation, silly me, for a Friday night.. but we were still able to get in pretty quickly. My husband got the special: skirt steak, and I got the ribeye. We also had the caprese salad, smoked Gouda Mac and cheese, and I had a side salad. The smoked Gouda was more up my husband's ally, but we knew that going in lol. Even so, it was done well. ”

I only took a picture of our appetizer (hot crab dip) because once the food came out, I forgot about everything except how outstanding it was. Husband & I both ordered filets, and our son ordered the ribeye. All were fantastic. Seating area could use some improvements. The chairs and table layouts weren't the best for larger customers. All the chairs were barrel chairs which is ok for small or mid size size customers. The tables were all pushed against a wall which made everything feel cramped. In case it's helpful to know, our party included 1 small adult, 1 avg size adult, and 1 large size adult. ”
